5.1 Pre-course work

Each module is supported with customised pre-course materials. The pre-course material is user friendly and affords delegates the opportunity to apply key learning concepts to their own job within Nampak. Delegates are expected to complete these modules prior to attending the workshops.

5.2 Full-time Workshops

Delegates are expected to attend 4 full-time study blocks spread over 6 months.

Workshops will be facilitated by leading edge faculty and consultants. These consultants will be briefed as to the industry and the organisation in order to make the
workshop relevant and applicable. It should be noted at the H1 level, workshops are practical and ample opportunity is provided for role plays, group work, mini
case studies and practical exercises and presentations. On each module we would welcome the input of guest speakers from Nampak who could further
contextualise the content.

5.3 Coaches

From the commencement of the programme delegate’s Line Managers will become intimately involved with the development of the delegates.
This is facilitated by a Coach workshop held at the Launch. Line Managers are requested to attend this in building their role as a developer of key
resources within Nampak.

5.4 Syndicate Groups

Where practical, delegates will work in syndicate groups between workshops.

Group work is also encouraged during full-time workshops.

6. Assessment

2 x Individual + 2 x Group work based, work related Assignments.

On completion of the programme delegates are assessed by means of a Project which should be of value to Nampak as well as the delegates’ operation.
