There are
six complete development programmes. In descending order they are:
The objectives of a Development Programme are to aid the participant in gaining new competencies and honing existing ones in a holistic/systemic manner. This requires the participant to invest of their own personal time in preparation as well as be assessed through projects or exams before successful completion of the programme can be achieved. The Middle; Senior and executive level programmes have the added option of being internationally certified through Manchester Business School and London Business School. Individual Modules to select in Isolation or in Clusters The AMP, MDP and FiM can all be "unpacked" and presented as either isolated modules or as clusters of modules. The participant will be assessed on each module that they wish to complete whether they select one or ten of the modules. "Stand Alone" Courses for Rounding and Balance The Stand Alones are there for rounding and balance. They are intended for the person who wishes to develop a new competence or area of knowledge (or improve an existing one) without having to attend an entire programme or commit large amounts of time to modules from a formal development programme. Assessment on the short
courses is optional. The SLP makes use of select international faculty from Manchester Business School and London Business School. It is targeted at executives and senior management and is intended to act as a catalyst to thinking and exposure to business on a strategic global level.
